Priscilla is a private client lawyer heading the corporate, trusts, & fintech, as well as the Families & Wealth practice within the firm. In this capacity, she specialises in trusts and estate planning, wealth and business structuring for high-net-worth individuals, families, financial institutions, and multinationals. In the structuring field, her main specialty is tailor-made solutions for the optimisation and protection of high-value assets and the reorganisation of complex structures. Priscilla’s background and experience have enabled her to assist clients in structuring their wealth through well-understood, licenced entities such as investment funds. Priscilla handled the setup of the first Malta crypto exchange in 2013 at a time when no regulatory framework existed. Priscilla’s deep understanding of Malta’s legislation permits her to identify and design structures that meet client requirements while also meeting regulatory approval on an ongoing basis.

– Italian Trust Law at the Universita Degli Studi di Perugia, with special focus on the implementation of the domestic trust in Italy and the application of the Hague Convention in Italy
