European Law Research & Advisory Services

CCA’s EU Law Research and Advisory Unit focuses particularly on EU funding, international economic law, competition law, intellectual property, information technology, data protection, electronic communications regulation, taxation and financial services. In this light of Maltas accession to the EU, this department has considerably expanded its operations and widened its experience.

Our lawyers have obtained EU law degrees from the UK and other EU Member States and have gained considerable experience advising business and not-for-profit organisations gearing up to tap the wider pan-European marketplace, as well as foreign entities seeking to penetrate the Maltese market.
